Thank you so much for your order. We are excited to ship your new Betsunika piece(s) and often use recycled paper and boxes to do so.

Shipping within Denmark usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on when you place your order. International orders typically take 3-7 business days. Please expect longer delivery times during holidays.

We add the lowest shipping charge specific to your country at checkout. In Denmark, we use DAO. For international shipments, we use PostNord. All fragile objects, such as our ceramics, are shipped as packages. If you wish to purchase insurance for your shipping, let us know.

Please note that if you are shopping from a non-EU country, local import charges (customs duty and taxes) may occur depending on your region or country. Please contact us at  if you have any questions regarding this.

We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages or if your shipment is delayed. If the package or its content is damaged upon arrival, please report this to Betsunika within a reasonable period, and no later than 72 hours after delivery.

Returns

For online orders, we accept items in new condition for a full refund. You have 14 days from the shipping/pick-up date to notify us by email and send your return back. We do not offer any personal returns at our office—all returns must be sent directly to us. The shipping cost is covered by you. The item must be returned in its original packaging and be new and unused. Returns that have been used or damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense. Ensure that the item is properly wrapped before returning it. You carry the risk of the package, as well as its contents, until we receive the parcel. Therefore, for parcel shipments, keep a receipt stating that you have submitted or delivered the return parcel.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for it to be processed, and then 5-10 business days for your bank to issue the refund back to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
